The Islamic Studies Program

Our Islamic Studies program provides a structured, innovative, and accessible education, seamlessly combining the core principles of the Islamic faith with a modern teaching approach.

We are proud to be the first Institute in Italy to offer an educational program with textbooks entirely in Italian, fostering linguistic integration and breaking down prejudices.

A program for all ages

Our program is designed for both children and adults, with a special emphasis on the education of young learners. It is divided into distinct levels to cater to the educational needs of each age group:

  • Preparatory Level: Tailored for children aged 5–6 who are not yet in school, providing a gentle introduction to learning.

  • Seven Frontal Levels: Designed for students aged 7–14, featuring specific materials and targeted subjects to foster their development.

  • Seminar Level: Geared toward students aged 15–16, focusing on current topics and guided by experienced tutors and teachers.

Each level is developed in collaboration with expert pedagogues, theologians, and educators to ensure a well-rounded and engaging learning experience.

The fundamental disciplines

These subjects are studied through textbooks designed by an-Nasiha, a publisher with over a decade of experience in publishing Islamic educational materials.

The books are made to make learning challenging and accessible by integrating Quranic verses and key concepts.

The program includes the study of:

Continuing Education

In addition to training educators, the institute offers a continuing education program for teachers.

For the 2024/2025 school year, the training theme is “Transmitting Faith.” Lessons will be based on the text “Minhaj al-Muslim” by Shaykh Al-Jazairi and taught by Prof. Francesca Bocca-Aldaqre.

We partner with schools and institutions to foster a shared vision of Islamic education in Italy, built on the principles of knowledge, understanding, and dialogue.
